Recurring Credit Card Gifts

A donor may make a gift to Wake Forest through a recurring credit card payment by completing the following form. A staff member from the Wake Forest Fund office will call you to establish the terms of your gift. Recurring gifts must be at least $5 per month and can be up to 60 months or until the expiration date of your credit card.
